Reporting an issue
Email connect@quantarax.in with the subject “Security report for QTX”. Include the affected URL, a clear description, reproducible steps and the potential impact. Do not include real customer, payment-card or banking data.
Good-faith research
Please avoid privacy violations, disruption, denial of service, social engineering, physical attacks, automated high-volume scanning, data destruction or accessing information beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
What to expect
We will acknowledge credible reports when practicable, investigate them and communicate material progress where appropriate. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty programme and cannot promise compensation.
Public disclosure
Please allow reasonable time for investigation and remediation before publishing information. Coordinate disclosure timing with us to reduce risk to users and partners.
